There was a charity walk on and they were coming up as I was running down.
Why do they stand there like rabbits caught in headlights? or move the same way as you do!
You could tell the regular walkers as they heard you coming belting down and stepped right out of the way smiled and gave encouragement, but the fat unfit brigade just carry on walking even when they've seen you!
One particularly lardy woman even told me to slow down and walk!
I hope it's not as busy on race day, even with consideration given to walkers as it should be by all the cyclists taking part, it could still be carnage!
