Spectator spectacle

Whilst sometimes its difficult to go along and watch if for whatever reason you cant do the race yourself I have to say that this race pesents a superb spectator spectacle. The arduous nature of the event certainly comes across just from looking at the faces of the riders, looks of anguish and concentration to the fore ! If you choose to ride around on a bike and catch them at all of the best spots its a great day out and you can see them hurtling past at the Hill in whilst refuelling at the cafe in the barn with a bacon buttie or two !......The speed of the lads up fron on the tricky descents is amazing and a joy to watch. If you cant do it, go along and watch.....superb.
