comming off the summit of Ingleborough, just off the flattish summit you hit a steep rock strewn drop.....i'd guess it's about 50 degrees decline...it's non too easy to get down on foot, never mind cycle it

saw one a chap whistle down it, with effortless grace, one of the bets bits of riding i've ever witnessed....I turned to the chap at my side, an Vet cx champ in Hope colours, he advised me who the man in question was ...though I cannae remember...didn't see anyone else dare to ride it.

amazing to see skill like that, chapeau !

And it's a particularly impressive performance as the rider in question hadn't been allowed to practise that - being part of the "no training on the course" section.
