clear rain jacket

Did race for first time last year and got round in one piece and have a place this year. One problem I found was the race number as wearing a jacket. Can anyone recommend a clear jacket where you can still see the race number attached to your jersey underneath but not a boil in the bag type jacket. Hoping for better weather though this year

I used a sleeveless one last year. Worked, to an extent.
